We entrusted our three-bathroom upgrade to Sarah and she did not disappoint. 

We had talked about updating our 45-year-old bathrooms for a long time and 

finally decided to move ahead in ‘24. Sarah immediately provided a fresh and enthusiastic look at the possibilities, effortlessly incorporating our style and preferences. Sarah listened to our desires and needs then quickly developed a plan with projected timeline and cost. She created an initial 3-D model of each bathroom that included the proposed options (tile, faucets, toilet, vanity, towel heater, mirrors, lights) with the ability to adjust these as needed as the process progressed so that we could visualize what the final design would look like. Sarah served as the project manager and purchasing agent and kept her finger on the pulse of the project’s daily progress. She effectively communicated with the construction contractor, checking in frequently to determine if the work was meeting our expectations and that we all had a clear understanding of the process as it unfolded. The construction crew went down to the studs bringing electrical and plumbing up to code. 

Sarah provided ongoing recommendations and problem-solved 

“findings” revealed during the demolition phase.

She has a wealth of resources and contacts at her fingertips and 

readily works to access and follow-up in a timely manner. 

We were impressed with her enthusiasm, sense of style, love for design, 

flexibility, organizational skills, eye for color and visual perspective as well 

as her dedication to a very satisfactory product to meet our preferences.

Throughout the project, Sarah communicated effectively and quickly at all levels. 

Since completion, Sarah has followed up to determine if we remain satisfied

 with our new bathrooms. 

We are thrilled with our new bathrooms!!
